• No-Show Policy: Students who do not call or show up for a scheduled class will not receive a refund. Full payment is required to attend another class.
• Late Arrival: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you must reschedule and pay a $40 rescheduling fee.
• Rescheduling (Within 72 Hours of Class): Students may reschedule within 72 hours of their scheduled class for a $40 rescheduling fee. No refunds will be provided.
• Cancellations (More than 72 Hours Prior to Class): A 10% cancellation/processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
• Weather Cancellations: Decisions will be made 12-24 hours before the class at the discretion of Life Rescue Training.
• Blended (Online + In-Person) Training: No refunds are issued for blended courses.
• Class Start Time: Instructors will open doors 10-15 minutes before class for students to settle in.
• Class Cancellation by Life Rescue Training: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances.

We provide AHA, ARC, HSI, and NSC-certified training in CPR, First Aid, AED, BLS, ACLS, PALS, AVERT, and more.

Most of our certifications are valid for two years. Renewal courses are available before your certification expires.
